This week we learnt about a poem called Te Marama. Te Marama is the moon. I was leaning about what Te Marama is. Our task was to find the word in maori but to understand the definition. We have to find a picture because we had to match the word. Last we had to find what the maori word and find what the english word. I found the maori word and the english word interesting because I didn't know each word, and I learnt something new. My favorite thing about this task was the Te Marama and the moana. I had fun because I like learning about maori words.
